San Juan International Grand Prix - 07/01/03 04:10 PM

Dear racers, for a copy of the rules for all
three races on August 16th please go directly to
the race web page

One noticable change in the T-Jet race will be
the inclusion of JL chassis and VHORS type
T-jets. The T-Jet race will have three distinct
type of classes that will certainly prove to be a
good test to gage the performance of different
T-Jet set ups.

Tom Bowman put together the page to facilitate
any questions regarding the race rules. Thanks

Also, in order to keep track of how many racers
will be on hand (for food and beverage purposes)
Please RSVP to

Feel free to contact me with any questions.

One more week to go for the San Juan race. Randy has lined up some sponsors that have coughed up some cool stuff. BRP is giving a detailed Bat-Jet Beatnik Bandit as shown here:

I would like to give a big thanks to Randy, his family and his support team for
putting on a really great show yesterday. The food, fun, hospitality and racing
was endless and I mean endless...we raced until well after 3:00 am this
morning, and no, this was not an Enduro.Randy I am looking forward to 3rd
Annual San Juan Grand Prix already! The word on this event has really gotten
out and the participation showed that , with racers coming from as far south as
Winston-Salem,NC and as far north as PA and NJ, with a large crowd from the
Norfolk-VA Beach area as well. Randy, all I can say is thank you for all of the
work that went into this and I hope you are going to do it again. Js
