Race Preview

To win the Triple 125s requires the ability to adapt car and driver to three distinctly different types of race track. The WizTrack is very tight and twisty, the Bansai is quick and aggressive and the Grand Champion is fast and flowing. Ryan Hendrickson enters the Triple as the odds-on favorite. Hendrickson loves the WizTrack, the most difficult of the three, and is coming off of an impressive win in the Fraytona 250 at Crash'N'Burn Speedway in Springville, NY. Ryan's brother Kevin and Gary Weber look to be the top challengers. Either one could topple Ryan on the Grand Champion, but they will have step up on the Wiz or the Buck to emerge on top. Other potential contenders include Mark Webster, 4th in '07, and Larry Weaver. Weaver has been improving steadily in recent months and the cagey T-Jet veteran could surprise. George Mest and Warren Lux look to be the top contenders among the Springville contingent and with a little racing luck, either one could be in for a win.
